Pete just made this consumer very happy. He was able to detect a complicated problem after two trysts with 2 different parts and it turned out to be the actuator. He saved me from purchasing a new machine so thank you, Pete! I have saved him on the contact list for future repairs and will refer him to colleagues and friends in a heartbeat!
