So happy I found Pete! I will never go anyway else. Unbelievable service with kindness and professionalism. I called Pete right before closing time on a Monday night for my dryer that was not working – he called me back within 5 minutes and texted me asking me for photos of the Model, etc. so he could be sure he would have the parts he needed before coming out to fix the dryer. He could tell I wanted it fixed as soon as possible so he added me on to his full schedule on Tuesday as his last appointment of the day. I was so appreciative. He texted me an hour before he arrived and arrived right on time – diagnosed and fixed the dryer in no time and he had all the parts he needed.
