Responsive

I called Pete’s Appliance Repair because I was desperate to get my Mom’s refrigerator fixed. It was President’s Day weekend and her fridge was barely hanging on. The ice cream was soft. The lettuce was wilted. I was visiting from California and had no local contacts. Pete was responsive and got that it was an urgent situation. He came out on a Sunday, took apart that sucker, identified the problem and solved it. He was pleasant to deal with, tidy and explained everything he was doing. I recommend him highly.
