Our experience was great! We were able to get an appointment a few days after we called, Pete arrived early in the arrival window and fixed both our refrigerator and dishwasher. Our dog LOVED him and he was very nice about her being kind of in the way. Communication was also good, we got a text when he was on the way! This was our second time using this company, and Pete will be our first call if any of our other appliances need repair!

Pete’s Appliances is an 11/10 business. I first reached out to them a few years ago about a washer in a shared space for my condo building. We are a small building so everything is managed by the unit owners. It was very challenging to find an appliance repair place even willing to look at the machine and get here in less than a month! From the moment I spoke with them, they were professional, kind and courteous. Pete was out here later that week and like some sort of appliance savant, he was able to figure out the issue and come up with a resolution in record time.

Pete is very responsive, quick repair, diligent service, friendly and professional. I contacted him the morning I realized my refrigerator stopped working and Pete was friendly enough to ask thoroughly about the status of my unit before heading over to make sure I wouldn’t have to pay a servicing fee for a fridge that would need to be replaced. He was very professional and fixed the fridge the same day I contacted him. He even checked the rest of my fridge for other potential issues after I had already paid him. Pete seems like a very honest and hardworking person!
